Please review our policies below. These help ensure a smooth, reliable, and professional experience for all clients.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we require clear access to your property at the scheduled time.

Please ensure one of the following:

• You are present at the property
• A key or access method is provided in advance
• Clear entry instructions are given prior to the service

We may send a reminder message before your scheduled appointment.

If our team cannot access the property:

• We will attempt to contact you.
• If access is not provided within a reasonable time, the service may be cancelled.

• If we reach you and entry occurs within 30 minutes: A $25 fee will be charged to compensate our cleaner for the lost time.

👉 A call-out fee may apply to cover travel time and scheduling disruption.

We understand that plans can change.

• 24+ hours' notice → No charge

• Less than 24 hours' notice → Cancellation fee may apply

• Same-day cancellations or no access → Full or partial service fee may apply.

Late cancellation fee: Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations may affect ongoing service availability.

Regular Cleaning Services

Payment is required within the agreed invoice terms unless otherwise arranged.

One-Off or Initial Cleans

Payment may be required prior to or on the day of service.

• Credit / debit card

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee. An interest-based late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month will apply to overdue invoices. Please ensure timely payment to avoid additional charges. We reserve the right to pause or cancel future services until outstanding balances are settled.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. We recommend removing fragile or valuable items before cleaning.

Service Scope

Our cleaning services follow a structured checklist. Additional tasks may be completed if time allows or booked separately.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address the issue.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate behaviour, or policy violations.

We take great care when cleaning your home or workplace. However, in the unlikely event of damage:

Reporting

Please notify us within 24–48 hours with details and, where possible, photos.

Resolution

We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Important Notes

• Pre-existing damage is not covered
• Normal wear and tear is not considered damage
